Alex is an Associate Director at CEG Europe, based in the London office. She has five years of experience working in the TMT sector, focusing on a range of regulatory and modelling engagements on behalf of both regulators and operators. She has worked on a range of projects, including cost modelling, spectrum valuations and market studies across Europe and the Asia Pacific region.

She has recently supported a Dutch mobile operator in its responses to regulatory consultations on proposed cost regulation and a joint venture between two of its competitors in the communications market. In particular, this involved reviewing LRIC modelling and developing a market model for the impact of a merger. Alex has additionally been involved in writing reports for the GSMA on best practice in both telecoms and spectrum licensing.

Prior to joining CEG, Alex worked for Analysys Mason where she contributed to the modelling of next-generation networks (NGN) and the assessment of the long-run incremental cost (LRIC) of mobile and fixed termination. She also input to mobile spectrum valuations for a number of European regulators.

Alex holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Cambridge. Alex has conversational French and Spanish.
