Alizé is an Associate Director at CEG Europe, based in Rotterdam and working closely with the Paris and Brussels teams. She has experience providing economic advice on a range of matters including competition, economic and financial regulation, and transactions. She has advised clients across a range of sectors including financial services, energy, media and telecoms. 

One of her most recent experiences involved the application of economics to Article 101 to assess the question of liability, and the estimation of damages (including pass-on) to support Sainsbury’s damages claim against MasterCard in the Competition Appeal Tribunal in the UK. Alizé has also recently worked on a similar claim against Visa before the UK High Court. 

Prior to joining CEG, Alizé worked in a London based consultancy where she provided economic, financial, and regulatory advice to support market due diligence and investment appraisals to private and public sector clients in the energy and water industries across Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Alizé holds a Masters in Economics from the University of Warwick, and a Bachelors in Economics with first class honours from the University of Sheffield. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s College London.

Alizé is fluent in English and French and has limited working proficiency in Spanish.
