Sean Kennedy, a leading telecoms regulatory expert, joins CEG

Sean is a telecoms economist with over 21 years of wide-ranging international commercial and regulatory experience in public and private sectors. Prior to joining CEG, Sean held senior roles at KPMG, Mott Macdonald, Ovum, Orange UK and Vodafone. He has worked on a wide variety of assignments including litigation support on regulatory and economic matters and advice on telecoms cost modelling, regulatory strategy and economic impact assessments. Clients that Sean has advised include Ofcom (UK), Vodafone, BT, Etisalat, CRA (Qatar) and ICASA (South Africa).
