Austrian Supreme Court ruling clarifies the role of antitrust law and shareholder rights in a joint venture.

The Austrian Supreme Court ruled on 19 December 2019 (Case number 6Ob105/19p) on a corporate dispute around the influence of a minority shareholder in a JV, which itself is a competitor to the minority shareholder.
