Concurrences – Private Enforcement in EU conference Paris 18 April.

Nils von Hinten-Reed will be contributing to the third panel on hot topics in Private Enforcement in the EU. His contribution will focus primarily on the impact different levels of disclosure have on expert analysis in certain jurisdictions. The panel will be chaired by Brigitte Brun-Lallemand, the first President of the economic and commercial chamber of the Court of Appeal of Paris.
