Concurrences – Private Enforcement in EU Conference, Paris 26 March.

Nils von Hinten-Reed will be contributing to the second panel, titled "Evidence in Private Enforcement Proceedings: Development and Difficulties", which will address hot topics in Private Enforcement in the EU. His contribution will focus on pass-on effects and the role of experts in various jurisdictions. The panel will be chaired by Professor Emmanuelle Claudel from Panthéon-Assas University, Paris.
