Insights article on the Representative Actions regime proposal in Spain has been nominated for the 2025 Antitrust Writing Awards
We are honoured that our article, "Representative Actions in Spain: Questions for Economists," has been selected for the 2025 Antitrust Writing Awards organized by Concurrences. The article explores pertinent questions for economists regarding the proposed implementation of the Representative Actions Directive in Spain. Although the proposal has currently been withdrawn in Spain, the issues discussed in this article remain relevant for a (future) representative action regime in Spain and across the EU.
